ICC Wales Meeting Show Retreat

The Solution

In year one, we brought the retreat feeling ICC Wales is known for to London, hosting a half-day retreat ahead of the meetings show. Guests found their focus and their flow with a sound bath and yoga on a boat on the Thames, followed by healthy canapés, smoothies and mocktails on the roof terrace.

For year two, we changed direction entirely, igniting the energy of the Welsh dragon. This retreat afternoon was built around movement, drumming and essential oil blending, helping guests connect with the fire within.

The Brief

To create a recharging and relaxing atmosphere for meetings show delegates, in a venue near ExCeL for ease of attendance, while connecting guests back to ICC Wales as a destination. The brief ran across two years, with year two calling for something completely new in a different location.
