Live events run through my veins. I’ve spent over 20 years producing high-end events around the worldfor global brands, creating moments that bring people together, spark emotion, and feel genuinely memorable.
Then lockdown hit… and I had a bit of a reckoning.
When everything stopped, it became obvious that something had been missing for a long time. Peoplewere exhausted. Burnt out. Disconnected. And I knew that when events came back, they couldn’t justlook good, they needed to feel good too.
That’s how Be In Your Element was born.
Alongside my events career, I’m a qualified mindfulness and meditation teacher, forest bathingpractitioner, and wellbeing expert. I came to this work through my own experience of burnout anddepression, and I saw first-hand how powerful holistic wellbeing practices can be. That curiosity turnedinto study, and eventually, into a deep passion for creating spaces where people can truly exhale.
Today, I bring wellbeing into events and workplaces in a way that feels natural, inclusive, and veryhuman. No awkward icebreakers. No fluffy add-ons. Just beautifully delivered experiences that put realconnection and wellbeing at the heart of what we do.
Because people might forget what you said, or even what you did, but they’ll never forget how you madethem feel.
