Wellness Zone
The Brief
Back in 2023 we worked with the Savills event team to host a silent disco event on the beautiful, historic Paternoster Square in London and in May 2024 we got the chance to work with them again to support a two-day activation they were hosting. They asked us to create a wellness area as a popup, to provide members of the public the chance to experience some well-being magic in their day and draw some eyes to the square. The activation would host the breast cancer awareness charity Future Dreams, and the suicide prevention charity Andy’s Man Club along with a selection of food stalls, what a wonderful day it was panning out to be!
The Solution
This was the PERFECT opportunity for our Wellness Zone to make an appearance on the square. Our Wellness Zone was a large pop up area offering a variety of activities for the general public to experience. We had our signature Positive Planting which involves colouring in a positive affirmation on seeded paper to be planted at a later date, which enables attendees to see their affirmations sprout to life! If guests chose to experience a bit of zen during their busy work day, they could sit on our super comfy chairs with headsets on to block out the world, and tune into our own BIYE pre-recorded breathwork or meditation sessions from our Warriors. Lastly, we had our perfectly curated display of calming and relaxing essential oil sprays which were a great hit!
