January
Challenge your team to start each day with a mindfulness activity, such as meditation, deep breathing, or gratitude journaling, to set a positive tone for the day. (5 mins max)

Promote cardiovascular health by encouraging activities like daily walks, jogging, or fitness classes. Run a competition for most steps/longest raised heart rate!

Set a challenge of reading one book for the month. At the end of March bring everyone together to share their book and what they’ve learnt.

If you feel a challenge doesn’t quite suit your team for any reason, adapt it as you wish to ensure everyone will be on board. As is the way with new initiatives you won’t get total buy-in from everyone right away, but so long as you remind them they’re fun and exciting challenges to be undertaken, they should keep up!
