October

Share some stress-management techniques and challenges, such as mindfulness exercises, stress-relief activities, and tips for maintaining a calm and focused mindset.

November

Ask everyone to perform one act of kindness each day. Whether it’s in the office or in their community, you can track the general vibe in the office as it becomes warmer and warmer!

December

Now is the time to reflect on the past year, set intentions for the coming year, and engage in activities that promote self-care and relaxation! Start the new year feeling fresh and rejuvenated.

Use 2024 as a springboard for incorporating more well-being activities and initiatives into your company. Not only will your employees feel the difference within themselves, but your company will see the difference in its performance. A healthy and happy workforce is a productive workforce! If you feel a challenge doesn’t quite suit your team for any reason, adapt it as you wish to ensure everyone will be on board. As is the way with new initiatives you won’t get total buy-in from everyone right away, but so long as you remind them they’re fun and exciting challenges to be undertaken, they should keep up!
